How to take this pair: Take 15-30 mg zinc picolinate and 100-200 mcg selenomethionine together in the morning with food. Zinc causes nausea on an empty stomach. If on thyroid medication (levothyroxine), take all supplements at least 4 hours from medication. Do not exceed 200 mcg selenium (toxicity occurs above 400 mcg/day). High-dose zinc depletes copper; supplement 1-2 mg copper per 15 mg zinc taken daily.
